Pros
-Pliteq empowers their employees: gives them full control over their territories, sets realistic expectations with employee feedback, continuous support, does not have a hierarchical structure
-Pliteq encourages continuous feedback and dialogue: what is working, what is not, what can we do better?
-Constantly Innovating: What else? What can we do better?
-Huge foundation in recycling and sustainability!
-Amazing work-life balance
Cons
There is no hand holding at Pliteq (I think this is a good thing). There is plenty of support but you need to ask for it and constantly communicate with the team. If you are looking for something where job descriptions are clearly defined, a clear hierarchy, and a prescriptive day-to-day way of working. Pliteq is very flexible so if you crave rigid structure this is not the place for you.
