- if you are an MBA having 3-4 years of an experience, you might have to work under someone who is a fresher having 1-2 year experience - Young Employees in age bracket of 20-25 so called Managers and Senior Managers are arrogant and have no managerial skills - Employees who are not having management trust will be given inferior profiles like cold calling, head hunting, copy pasting data etc etc which ultimately waste your time & talent which forces one to explore better profile outside. - Blame Game - Management is very much biased - Management will make sure that you spend most of your time in office with colleagues - Waste of time in forced participation in boring games and celebrations. - show offs
