Pros
At Plexium I always witnessed people given the opportunity to learn and explore areas they were interested in freely. There is room to grow but also much room to bring existing skills and qualities to the table. Sure the leadership was a bit eccentric but it worked and made things interesting. It's really on you where you want to go here
Cons
As in every research organization in this industry there are those who are smarter than everyone else and a few bad apples have gotten through the filtering process. The structure has been a bit loose but is tightening up because that's how optimization works! Finally, the biggest con is not with Plexium it's with ungrateful people in general. Most of the reviews I see here are from folks who are complainers. They were given a shot and thought they could cool breeze because no one was micromanaging. Ive been at a lot of biotech companies and I can honestly say. I love Plexium
