Staff are under training and then blamed for the smallest of mistakes or wrong doings Some of the managers constantly micro manage you and are very controlling. Managers don't trust you and take pleasure in bullying and manipulating you. Managers act very polite towards customers and then treat staff very badly. Some of the managers make you feel physically unsafe to be around them
