Can be hectic and chaotic, sometimes unorganized. Since the team is new, processes are not really "in place" and they make them up as they go. Some people may not do well in that environment.

amazing management, honestly the best i've ever experienced in my job career. they really work with you. they operate as real people. They're women-owned. They're innovative and genuine. And they really do their best to deliver to each and every client, even if that means we gotta go ABOVE beyond. I love the job. Cleaning is relaxing for me so it's nice to just be able to think, utilize my OCD nature and love for organization, and just make the client happy. I always love hearing how much our services were needed.

can be physically taxing after a few days back to back, but that comes with the job. It's not really a con. More like a heads up for those who may not want to exacerbate feel or knee problems.
