-Flexible hours to match your schedule and needs -Work is independent, no micromanaging -Supervisors are encouraging and kind -All systems are online based -Compensation for gas

-Not enough training, will prematurely throw you into the work -Not enough employee support or resources, often causing quick burnout -Therapists are basically glorified babysitters in many of these homes and take on other roles inappropriately -Little opportunities to advance
