      Unlimited PTO, ability to work at multiple locations.

      Cons

      They are fully remote so the benefits that Playfly has may not be the benefits given to you by the location you work. Example - Playfly offers WFH on Tuesdays and Fridays, but at my location WFH is not eligible.

      Pros

      -decent benefits -good growth opportunities (but be ready to work) -lots of cool people to connect with -company is growing a lot and becoming more recognized

      Cons

      -leadership and direction are messy as the company has been prioritizing growth over improving the current divisions/teams -unfortunately the sports properties division is very misogynistic -company has been losing a lot of good people over the last few years and a lot of those losses were avoidable
