Pros
Passionate work atmosphere. Surrounded by a bunch of sports fans and professionals and work around all things sports. The company is fast-paced and helps intern get used to moving quickly and working with precision. I would say there is a lot to learn about the business model -- if you pay attention to how everything works you get a lot from it. You also have the chance to work in a couple of different roles per your request so you get a feel of how every part of the business works. Definitely a good start in the sports industry.
Cons
Sometimes your days get filled with basic and repetitive operations (but that is the nature of part time interns). The team can get very busy and as an intern you may have a couple of days without substantial work. It really falls on to the interns themselves to see how much they can get from work. If you are not proactive you will find work very boring.
