I had pretty much autonomous control over all back end features and development. My team was excellent, the company direction was optimistic but certainly doable.

Too much faith put in developer decisions by management who is not developer savvy caused unnecessary delays that missed funding dates. Management-heavy group.

Working remote is a positive.

Have to be part of the old school club to get anything suggested approved or accomplished. History of high level employees bailing. Frequent realignment and shifts of how work is done. Low to mediocre work ethic is rewarded. Constant out hire across all departments instead of promoting or training for promotion within.
