Pros
Working at PlayWorks was an amazing experience that was definitely hard to leave. Aside from the cleanliness, organization, and large group of very skilled clinicians, it is also a fun work environment where I was able to make everlasting friendships. It is a very collaborative and cohesive clinic with a family-centered approach. Employees are not taken for granted and there is also a large emphasis placed on work-life balance, which is very difficult to find as a physical therapist.
Cons
The only con I would say would be that by the time I was leaving, the clinic was nearing a point where it was too small to house all the therapists that were working. With that being said, I know there is a plan in place to help with that problem.
