Pros
Working on PlayStation and being a part of the video game industry. The PlayStation ecosystem is always on the cutting edge, and the time I spent there was during the PS4 launch so it was doubly exciting. The passion and enthusiasm many of the employees have for what they're doing is unrivaled. It wasn't uncommon to find people who just loved what they did.
Cons
Management was terrible. The value of human resources was lost on many people, and the people in positions of power were too interested in saving face to make sure their workforce was being managed and treated properly. There were countless situations where management was aware of a terrible work environment but actively avoided the subject and did nothing to rectify the situation.
