Pros
Good career starting company. Competitive pay and bonus. Great brand name to be associated with. Not a lot of stress at work and balance of work/life. The CEO of Sony has turned the failing company around. For now.
Cons
Merger with the Network team from San Diego polarized the Playstation group. Team and group politics are rampant. People in power promoting their cronies is open and unabashed. Management from Japan seems to have no pulse of local technology developments (iPhone, Alexa, ,,,,). Or about the people who work in the US. Decisions from Japan on local processes and tools makes things worse.
