      Good people , the employees are very nice and accepting of different people

      Cons

      the Company is going under, seriously stay away they are consolidating everything to other plants, be warned

      Great benefits and great coworkers.

      Cons

      Micromanagement from upper management. Not very flexible for WFH or hybrid. Raises are merit based, and not frequent enough to compensate for increased cost of living. Bonuses are rare for support staff.
