Pros

It’s so hard to think of any

Cons

Run! Apply elsewhere…If you’re smart enough to read all of the negative reviews regardless of the dates when posted then you will see that in some way. All of those reviews have something in common. Don’t let the Manager/Directors reasonings for their low ratings trick you into accepting a position there because at some point sooner than later you will regret it. If anything…get your RBT while you can and leave ASAP. That place has a revolving history of negativity and it’s coming from management. They try to say that all ABA facilities are like theirs when that’s a complete lie. Whenever a company has employees coming and going as frequently as that place then the problem is always a dishonest, nasty manager.

Pros

I enjoyed working with the kids

Cons

That place has bad energy. I’m surprised there aren’t more reviews for this year unless the company got them removed .I was told that a lot of people quit before I started and after I started I saw many people leaving. Whatever you do don’t sign the PCM contract. They will fire you before you know it and you will owe them for the training. They make false promises and the support does not exist. There is a lot of gossip that goes on there it felt like being in High School again and there were a few staff that bragged about their past addictions a lot of inappropriate conversations were openly held. The Team Leader over the floor staff told me lies during my phone interview which is the only reason why I accepted the job only to find out otherwise once I was hired and talked to other staff. she is apart of the gossip there as well that goes on at the front office. I was getting pulled for every little thing. I heard some bad stories about that place for the short time that I was there and I’m surprised that they are still open.
