Pros
The pay was better than working at a preschool. The workload was less too as the curriculum was already set out for me. It was less hours too.
Cons
I had to do my own marketing because it was a franchise but I didn't full my group all the time. I didn't have enough support and felt like there was no opportunity to grow in the business.
