Amazing company sad it went bankrupt - Web Developer Play Consulting Employee Review

Rewarding, amazing & very talented people, great mentorship, extremely welcoming, beers on friday, amazing office (I'm talking like wow how does this place with a courtyard & roof terrace even happen in zone 1), growing company with lots of potential, big & really cool clients, cool projects, company skii trip, mario kart every day, fun award events, bonuses twice a year, equity in the company

No proper code reviews, can be very stressful with too much work and then no work other times, short and sometimes unrealistic deadlines promised to clients - which leads to long hours/weekend work which is not always noticed or appreciated and led to a lot of stress (but also no effort taken to change), it can be difficult to have your voice heard, feel that there was not really that much clarity about company finances and future goals for the company, felt that design and product was valued way higher than technical jobs. All of these things will probably be changed with time as in general they are a very adaptive company. A lot of love in this company for sure! Just a warning that if you walk in there you will be desperate to get hired :)

- Eclectic group of amazing people, who come together to do great things. - Lots of opportunity to grow and develop. - Management are very transparent and honest. - Beers and Mario Kart on Fridays. - Learning Budget to develop your own skills, both in a professional and personal sense. - Located in a great part of London, with no shortage of places to have lunch. - Somewhere where you really enjoy coming each day. - It doesn't matter if you are the most junior person in the company, or the CEO, your voice and opinion is still heard and valued. -There's this wicked CultureTech app called Totem! Which allows you to share stuff and recognise your colleagues! it's amazing.

I honestly can't think of any. This place is such a fab place to work.
