Pros
You can learn salesforce, a desirable skill-set. Made lots of friends. Young crowd and good location. I'm trying to think of others but I can't. Also company is in NYC not in Iowa. I think they put that so people will be fooled when they check into them.
Cons
Awful management, pissed off clients, horrible projects, poor management of projects and training. I don't think many people make it a year at this company. Turnover is extremely high especially those who are experienced with salesforce. Which made it harder for people like myself where we are less experienced with work and salesforce. CEO talks down to people, doesn't appreciate staff and makes crude comments that made me feel uncomfortable. When I approached him about comments it was first denied then he admitted it and made excuses for his behavior turning the blame around on me. I have been gone for a few months now and was afraid to write a review as I saw management threaten those they though wrote poor reviews on Glassdoor.
