Pros

The opportunity presented at Platinum to grow your strengths is the ultimate reason to be here. With all of the great contracted companies we have you can practice nearly anything in the field of IT. Networking, servers, Security, database, equipment installs, end user application and systems support, cloud, and fields that are up and coming. If you are not in the Kenosha or St. Louis area do not be scared to apply. The company's platform is fully capable of offering you the resources required to handle any non physical task which there are plenty of. As well with the growth of the company we have taken on many clients from states other than Missouri, Illinois and Wisconsin.

Cons

Initial pay is so-so but proving your worth to the company you are compensated as the years go by. The health insurance is not ideal.

Pros

There is an extremely positive atmosphere. My bosses and coworkers have become my family. There is endless support, kindness, and appreciation. Everyone works very cohesively as a team. If there is something you do not understand, help and guidance are always available. Many perks include family events paid for by the company, free training resources, frozen/fresh meals and snacks provided, dinners and holiday events paid for by the company, etc. There is always room to move up within the company if you so desire and are willing to learn! Pay is comparable to other employers in the IT field. Business continues to grow with each passing month, and there is a strong sense of job security.

Cons

The building is slightly small, so quarters are a bit cramped. No unnatural hair colors are allowed.
