Pros
One of the best part of working in this company is the peers. The people I've worked with were smart, friendly, and comes with a great sense of humor. The management teams have strong technical backgrounds which helps in decision making and earns respect from team members. The company have a lot of respect for engineers and does what they can to protect the team. Management regularly get involved to help with large issues, unlike other companies where the manager stands on the sideline asking for updates. Schedule are flexible as long as your work is done. Internal migration is possible even within a small company this scale. I've seen people transfer to adjacent departments to work on things they are passionate about.
Cons
The only con, as mentioned many times before, is the office arrangement. A newer, livelier setup would go a long way in elevating the energy level. Even the current location have potential if investment can be made to paint/decorate it as a modern work space.
