Pros
Fellow support workers are supportive and hardworking and there are some excellent project co-ordinators. The client base is excellent and ultimately make the job feel worthwhile. Interesting variety of projects.
Cons
Little job security and job benefits are becoming worse. Treated like a replaceable body by management, which is sadly the case with a lot of these companies. Very little recognition or support from management. Very little incentive for working a challenging job.
