      Easy work and good coworkers

      Cons

      Machines were always breaking and they'd just get mad you couldn't get the parts right when they wouldn't fix the machines.

      Very stable company with many projects to peak ones interests.

      Cons

      Pressures to compete are rather high at the moment and direction in the next couple of years will be tough. Salary is fair, but could be more competitive.
