Pros

I had a great experience working with the IT support team at Plastic Surgery Studios in Rancho Cucamonga. The environment is professional, collaborative, and supportive. The team works well together, and management encourages learning and growth. It’s a good place to build experience while working with modern tools and talented people.

Cons

Fast-paced environment at times, which can be challenging during busy periods.

Pros

- A Team that genuinely wants to work together and see the company succeed so we can also continue to grow individually in our careers - We always go the extra mile for our clients

Cons

- Office morale is at an all time low due to below-inflation "raises," reduced benefits, outdated and flawed project systems, and unfair treatment between departments and unequal pay within departments. (My raise was almost cut in half due to medical benefits cost increase) - The once "family-first" company that balanced lower pay with flexible work-from-home options is now underpaying with no remote work options. - Over the course of 2023 there was much discussion from employees about how to improve pain points within the company but little to no action to show from it. - We waste so much time fixing the same problems over and over instead of isolating the cause and implementing a better system moving forward. This causes frustration and distrust between departments because no one is ever on the same page. There is no set standard. - Monthly company wide meetings turn a blind eye to any internal issues and only highlight our production. - The Office is not suitable for the amount of people now in office. Team members struggle to find quiet space to work or take client calls in a professional setting. The Employee break room is primarily our second meeting room at this point.
