Really bad salaries, way under market value Highest turn-over I've ever experienced Poor Management It's a tech company w/o the perks of working in a tech company. There is no free lunches, nor snacks, nor the option to work from home, nor flexible hours, no beer day, nothing of the like Lack of flexibility, again compared to most tech companies in the city You are expected to work extra hours, and there's no compensation for that. Now, to be fair, I didn't have to put too many extra hours, but a lot of coworkers did, and they did not receive any compensation for that Dirty Kitchen (for real) Pretty bad code base, in fact, and I'm being as objective as possible, It has been the worst code base I've seen Lack of talent, there are only a few people, that by the time I worked here, knew what they were doing, but sadly most don't
