Pros
They pay 100% of your health insurance, because you're going to need it! ...but good luck being able to go to an actual doctor's appointment. You have to work a mandatory 55+ hours a week.
Cons
Leadership is toxic and exploitative. There's no respect for boundaries and work-life balance. People are forced to work overtime weekly, with no ability to leave early in the event of extenuating circumstances. You are told to use your PTO even if you've worked 40+ hours in the week- which is a labor and wage violation. Leadership has no formal training in leadership and people have been put in roles they are unqualified for simply, because of favoritism and nepotism. The company claims to be focused on DEIB, but are extremely ableist in the systems they create. The HR department does nothing to facilitate accommodations for employees with disabilities. They refuse to hire anyone who speaks English as a second language and has a "strong accent." The leadership in this company is toxic and creates an unhealthy work environment that is abusive and detrimental to employee's health.
