Sad times…Not what it used to be - Teacher Plano ISD Employee Review

Disconnect from district office and campus teachers. Overloaded work requirements that extend far beyond contract hours. Teachers and campus admin have been constantly ignored when asked for help with bilingual student support at Title 1 and Title 3 campuses. Lower salary than competing local districts. High teacher turnover and constant rezoning of schools. Poor enrollment management and inequitable work environments from campus to campus. Bend their will to loudest parents and constantly implementing additional responsibilities without taking anything away or providing more resources for teachers.
