The partners who started Planning Pod are amazing to work with and for! They have created and sustained an environment where ideas, questions, curiosity and growth are encouraged and celebrated - allowing team members to find where they thrive and grow. The upward trajectory of the company has been amazing to be a part of - and I personally love that I can take the time to connect individually with the team and make sure they are on a path that drives them. Work/life balance is great, benefits are generous and working from home is a treat. The best part of my job is feeling appreciated and heard... and the direct and honest conversations and feedback across the board.
