      Pros

      Only Pro is that you can take an off, they don't care basically.

      Cons

      Every now and then You will Have the owner coming and howling on the floor tretaing everybody like low lifes. Expects you to work till 8 or 9 but never take an initiative to even pay the salary on time. Never ever will you recive salary on time. Only after begging shall you get it and that too a check. No proper paperwork or salary slips are there. Join for a career suicide.

      Not even a single pros.

      Cons

      Guys beware of the company please do not go there. Because the owner of the company may insult you anytime in front of the whole office. The junior are not allowed to use lift only senior officials can. Apart from 3 or 4 employees nobody is not working since 7 months. Employee havr to pay parking fee though the company have its own place to park the vehicle. Company just want sponsorship for their event nothing else. Please do not join the company otherwise you will regret.
