      Pros

      From entry level junior tester to senior consultants in both manual and technical (automation/performance) streams there is the full testing career path there for you to make it if you want it

      Cons

      Need to prove yourself to snr mgmt but in what job dont you have to? Once you show your capabilities and gain the trust your testing career is in your hands but you need to work hard at it
