Not suitable for experienced professionals as there’s little to no opportunity for learning or growth. The salary is also on the lower side. Additionally, if the company struggles to secure projects, they may place the blame on employees, claiming they aren't providing sufficient "ROI". Shockingly, even software developers may be held accountable for not bringing in business, which should be the least of their responsibilities.

Hi, I have been part of Planfirma somewhat from the start. So roughly I know well what the journey of Planfirma is. 1. Learning curve good as a fresher 2. Dynamic startup (but since ages)

1. People are good to you until they can meet your salary expectation 2. Once they cant meet your salary, they (only one person the CEO) the master mind will push you to the corner saying you either didn't meet expectations giving some wierd reason or set an insane goal so that you can never achieve next time. My advice to new joinees, dont listen to what the CEO or any management says. If you think you are not paid right leave the company. Dont wait until you are mind-fucked and removed. They will give you goli for next time and the next time wont come at all. And between when so many people say bad about company it is bad. Now the CEO and HR will create accounts to give more stars to save the face of the company :D
