1. Insurance Domain learning through Projects (Well, not everyone get's to say so). 2. Work culture and work satisfaction.
Cons
1. No response on time. Be it Admin / HR related. 2. No respect for designation. All the decision making is done by only a single person. The rest are all made fools. 2. Company management will send a lot of junk mails to the employees about company updates, but it will fail to even reply to serious issues like about appraisal delays, etc. 3. Company will not do things which it should do to the employees. It's not employee friendly. 4. No process is followed. 5. Management makes rules in such a way that it alone benefits from them. 6. 2 years ago, they said that there won't be any hike for employees. This can happen anytime. 7. Company Network's a crap! 8. Awards are given to some employees, but it's just an eye washer!, There's no proper pay for performers.. A person who's performing will earn only Rs. 1000 more per month than a person who's not performing. They don't award a person for what he truly deserves. 9. Employees have to pray daily, to bring some sense, into the person taking decisions on all important issues. 10. Company is friendly only to the very top Management and some managers close to the top management. It's not developer friendly. 11. Only Rs. 980 is being allocated as PF. If anyone works here for a long time, he needs to understand that by the time he calls it a day, he should not expect much in the PF account. 12. From what my colleagues cry out, Sodexo food copouns may not be issued for some months. It's a part of CTC, but there's no guaranty that you'll get it.
