- Tries to find a company matching your requirements and leases you to them for a period of 2-3 years - Gives some support on startup - Provides some training on soft skills - Networking opportunities with other starters - They challenge you to think about the future
Cons
- Lack of Technical support for starters in IT - This company is good to help you get started, but only for a few months - It's often better try and find a company that matches you yourself - It's similar to a consulting company but with less support from your colleagues (since there's no seniors) - The support you get doesn't equal the amount of money they take of the wage
