For a dealership they continue to demonstrate a strong belief in work/life balance while also coaching for top performance.
Cons
Retail is a very challenging environment and the Planet Powersports teams and management have handled the challenges of CV-19 and it's ups and downs with equal concern for employees and the customer. They are process driven, which is great in establishing how things get done, and you need to be able to succeed in semi-structured work environment where you are held accountable for your work and responsibilities.
