Pros
Fellow workers are good people and interesting technology. Very honest dealings with clients and suppliers. Products are well made.
Cons
Micro-managed to unbelievable levels. Everything you do is very closely monitored and nit-picked, and must conform to company standards, even for the most simple basic things like writing subject lines of emails. CEO talks down to you for the most minor mistake and blows it up into a major infraction and tells nearly the whole company. Just plain silly. Management by public humiliation.
