Great company values, involved leadership and management, listens to upward feedback to make change for good, full healthcare and 401k

Global company so there are times you have to work early or late meetings to coordinate other parts of the world but they let you take the time off from your hours during the day.

PlanToys as a company is a wonderful & creative place to work. It's value of producing eco-friendly wooden toys for children of top notch quality is praise worthy in a tough competitive market.

The worst management I have worked with ever! The President of the company embarrasses employees in the office by yelling and putting them to shame. No one to look up to and learn by example. Total lack of professional work environment. No questioning & brainstorming is encouraged. Lack of motivation given to culture building in the work place.
