      Pros

      Working in Plan A is like working with your best friends who always got your back and are there for you. They take great care of their employees, help them grow, and always listen to their needs and opinions. They make me feel like an equal and important part of the team. I very appreciate that the teamwork is based on a good communication, trust, and autonomy, but that I can also reach out for a helping hand when needed. During almost two years of working in Plan A, I've had the opportunity to work on many exciting projects that have helped me learn a lot of new things in regards to project management in the video game industry. Can't wait to explore more with Plan A!

      More and more projects are coming and the team is small to cover all of them. Teammates wanted! :)

      Thank you for your super kind words! Good news: based on feedback from the team we decided to launch multiple quality-of-life improvements as early as by the end of Q4 2021. The benefits will include professional trainings (e.g. Agile certification - already in effect), sick days, meal tickets, retirement insurance and transportation compensation.

      Very nice people to work with. My first AAA Game Developer job, they were extremely helpful and accommodating and gave me an opportunity when I really needed one. I'll be eternally grateful to the team.

      There was some interesting work

      I was just removed from their discord without reason or discussion Contractor but made to log my exact time spent on each phase of work Planning poker used to undercut every artist to find the minimum they could pay for each asset Ended up doing hundreds of hours for "free" as my estimates were always correct and theirs undercut me. Racist memes throughout the discord and this seemed to be allowed Just kind of gross all around

      Hi, Tom here, CEO of Plan A . I want to respond directly to what you've written. The comment about racist content is serious and not something I'll dismiss. Hateful behavior is not acceptable at Plan A. We've been using MS Teams as our main communication platform for several years, so I'd genuinely like to understand when and where this happened, so it can be looked into properly. On time tracking and estimates: we ask contractors to log time to understand production effort and planning accuracy. It should never be used to pressure people into unpaid work or to undercut agreed compensation. If that is what happened in your case, I'd like to understand the specifics.
