Hateful behavior is not acceptable at Plan A. We've been using MS Teams as our main communication platform for several years, so I'd genuinely like to understand when and where this happened, so it can be looked into properly. On time tracking and estimates: we ask contractors to log time to understand production effort and planning accuracy. It should never be used to pressure people into unpaid work or to undercut agreed compensation. If that is what happened in your case, I'd like to understand the specifics.
