Cons
-All the Google reviews are said to be posted by the management team. If the company culture is genuinely good, employees shouldn't need to post reviews—it will speak for itself. - Employment bonds are a major restriction here. -Policies keeps on changing. Founder treats every employee differently and provide perks. - The work environment is toxic, with everyone constantly discussing when they’ll leave. - The HR team is completely sidelined in decision-making. - Micromanagement by the founder and product manager is out of control. The founder makes every minor decision and creates an atmosphere where everyone feels constantly watched. Employees are treated differently, and if someone decides to resign, they’re suddenly viewed negatively despite their contributions. - Policies are outdated and poorly enforced. - Employees are chained to their screens for 8 hours a day with rigid hours. - No additional benefits; just 6 paid leaves per year, covering all types. - Pay is low and not competitive. - The beautiful interior can’t compensate for a work culture where everyone is just waiting to start their notice period. - If not retained, the company tracks former employees to verify if their reasons for leaving were genuine, often through direct or indirect inquiries with others. There is no recognition or value given to former employees who worked diligently.
