Pros
N/A - the glamorized positive reviews are ALL fake.
Cons
You will never be appreciated for the work you do here—ever. No matter how hard you try, management will make you feel utterly incompetent, belittling your every effort. It’s not uncommon to see people leave meetings in tears because of the relentless, condescending behavior from leadership. This is not a workplace—it’s a toxic environment designed to grind you down. People only stay here long enough to pad their CVs—if they can stomach it. I’d only suggest working here if it’s a desperate, last-resort move, and you’ve exhausted every other possible option. Even then, prepare to have your mental health absolutely destroyed. The micromanagement is suffocating. Every single second of your day is monitored and questioned—every task dissected and scrutinized as though you’re incapable of basic competency. Expect to defend yourself constantly, even over things that are out of your control. Work-from-home? Forget about it. Even during train strikes, management barely allowed it, and when they did, you were required to account for every single second of your time, down to the minute. Tasks are nitpicked endlessly—“Why did this take so long? Why didn’t you do this faster?” No matter what you do, it’s never enough. If this review doesn’t send you running in the opposite direction, I don’t know what will. When I started here, I wish I had read Glassdoor reviews beforehand. Every negative comment is true—every single one. The few glowing reviews? Obviously written by management to salvage their reputation. Don’t be fooled. This job made me question if I even liked the field I’ve dedicated my life to. It drained every ounce of joy and passion I had and left me severely depressed. I still struggle to recover from the damage this place caused. If I could give this company zero stars, I would. In fact, they deserve negative stars for the sheer harm they do to their employees. Final words: DON’T WORK HERE. RUN.
