Nothing good here that I can tell you about. not a good place to work in pixel conception, their are too many good companies better then pixel conception.
Cons
1. Very Bad management. 2. Bad behavior with employee, they will treat you as like full resource in very less salary and treat you like an animal. 3. Behavior of HR is very bad. 4. Team leader will blame to you for those mistakes that you never had done in the project. 5. Too much politics is their. 6. They will not give you salary on notice period. 7 They will not increment your salary, no matter how much you perform. 8 They will deduct your salary even if you late 15 minutes 9 They will not provide you leave more then 3 days, even if you want go to home. 10. No respect of real talent, company works on the basis of policy. 11 They will not sign your PF form. 12. at the time of interview they promised to give 16000 salary but after joining they will give you 10000 all other are deduction that are not refundable 13. always ask for in hand cash salary in case you wanted to join this company. 14 Team leader is very bad with low management skills 15 please do not join this companies as search for other 1 you will get offers from other company. 16 Fake promises they will make to you. 17 At joining time they will tell you that they will provide you the bonus if work fast and less time but if you do work in time they will give you more work and no appreciation. 18 They did not paid me 1 and half months of salary.
