Cons

- Client behaviors is often extremely difficult and openly hostile. - Many impose unrealistic demands and extreme expectations that are impossible to meet. - Attempts to use logic or explain limitations are ignored, as some clients act entitled and insist everything be done exactly their way regardless of practicality. - Training is also inadequate at times, leaving employees underprepared and overwhelmed in situations that escalate quickly. - The overall experience becomes frustrating and mentally draining.

Pros

Coworkers are great, but the company isn’t. Avoid Pixalate at all costs.

Cons

Pixalate has an incredibly toxic work environment. Managers are hostile and often bully employees, the leadership is greedy and abusive; most of the decisions they make come at the expense of others, and HR couldn’t care less about employees’ well-being. It’s even worse if you are a woman; you’ll be looked down upon and treated as less capable compared to your male coworkers, regardless of your actual performance.
