      - Kind and helpful colleagues - Manager (lead data scientist) who genuinely cares about your progress & the work you are doing & tries to support you - Interesting and often meaningful projects - Space for you to contribute your own ideas and start your own projects - Hybrid working

      Cons

      - Not super clear on roles / expectations, especially for someone who is working their first job - Could probably provide a bit more guidance - Workload can vary significantly and double/triple out of the blue

      flexible, initiatives are welcomed, no actual hierarchy

      Cons

      inconsistant policy and direction, dysfunctional management, no CSE to balance, turnover very high
