No cons. Everyone was great.

Reasonable pace and balance between diligent work pace yet with the flexibility to understand and accomodate questions and understandable snags that new workers experience as they learn the quirks of this warehouse operation. -During the hot months they use portion high capacity fans to mitigate the heat and offset the fact the warehouse is not air conditioned. -Generous "exception" to the no free lunch standard. At least during the peak work months July to September

-Though the supervisors tends to minimize the harmful impact, there work environment type o -A portion of the key work tools and facilities, like carts for picking orders from shelves, are not kept in fully reliable working condition and require repairs that the repair specialist refrains from doing, causing shortages of risk free picking carts
