Great staff, good pay and benefits

County politics, slow communication, can be slow process

Pretty good department, pretty good atmosphere, bos needs to retire

County insurance is pricey and not that great, no room to grow in dept due to financial strains and bos not given first priority to a certain dept catering to volunteers. Need a higher base salary to live in this inflation time
