Institution has declined rapidly - Office Administrator Pittsburgh Technical College Employee Review

This used to be a job that we all loved and took pride in. Since the new management took over I have watched about 50% of the employees that have been there for years leave. Most voluntary. It has turned into the corporate atmosphere where you are just a number. Prior to them joining every employee was valued and truly cared for. Worst part is they do not rehire for the positions to be filled, they dump all the work onto the employees that are still there and no additional pay. There hasn't been raises I'm years. The poor students are suffering with no customer services anymore. Teachers just push students through courses even though they didn't pass the courses. This place is not what it used to be. I'll be surprised if this school is still there and not bankrupt in 2023.
