Pros

Excellent people who are extremely good at what they do, and are able to help clients in more meaningful ways than other agencies i've worked with.

Cons

Fast growth equals some change, but change is often for the better.

Pros

- Some cool coworkers aside from people on the Leadership Team. - Worked with amazing CEOs in the past, this helped me understand not all are great in their positions.

Cons

- Anti-DEI 1. Anti-Diversity: "I didn't know you were black..." - HR. "I used to dress like I wasn't caucasian by wearing baggy clothes." - My Manager. Accuses African-Americans of stealing company time, even though they do 10 - 12 hour work days with the proof to back it up. Openly makes fun of the LGBTQ+ community, regardless of who is around. 2. Anti-Equity: Providing flexibility and understanding for those who are not minorities. Labeled as "dictative" when it comes to specific peoples' rights to their autonomy. "Can you tell me what equity means?" - HR 3. Anti-Inclusion: Teammates don't put weight on your intelligence, tenacity, or experience. HR publically praises all of your teammates' hard work besides you – intentionally leaving you out. When you mention why this is isolating, you get fired. - I regret laughing at the negative reviews regarding this company when I started working here. I couldn't believe someone could feel negative about Pitted... turns out they're all smoke and mirrors. It seems great, they take you to work activities, they spend money on fancy dinners, and they seem relaxed. They push the idea that they are culture-oriented but don't know what a good culture actually consists of past superficial efforts. - HIGH client and employee turnover. They gossip and talk poorly of others. Will make up a defamatory excuse about why someone is no longer with the company. e.g. "They never closed any sales.", "They didn't know what they were doing.", "It just wasn't a fit", etc. - Leadership is unwilling to lead. There is no empathy, understanding, or improvements made on their behalf. Accountability is not common practice.
