Best people I've ever worked with hands down. Everyone is extremely nice and willing to help you if you need it. Can work virtually 2-3 days a week as of April 2023. Employees are given a lot of responsibility and chances to grow, and there are several opportunities to learn about the overall industry. Depending on the role, you will get a lot of exposure to the rest of the company to help find what interests you. While the entire company is incredible, The North American team in particular deserves a shoutout. Our lead at the time was extremely inspiring and always kept his employees best interests in mind. Will advocate and fight for you if necessary.

Hard to advance depending on the role you are in and your location: difficult in New York as the office is still a bit small (they are still breaking into the North American market). Also due to a majority of the company being in London and unavailable during North American afternoons, onboarding can be a bit slow. Due to the constant growth of the company and the 24/7 availability nature of Application Support, your job responsibilities (and hours) are always subject to change, which can be a pro or con depending on your outlook.

Company offers best in class products and service to large financial institutions. Good hours, solid play, flexible working from home / in office, smart people, good availability to higher-ups. Interesting to learn

Steep learning curve to learn the niche securities lending industry. In this role you don't learn as many transferrable hard technical skills.
