Talented and Intelligent Team - Sales Pirical Employee Review

The people on the lower levels are friendly and intelligent.

Like the recent review has stated, the management here are ruthless. I felt the need to confirm the review as people need to be warned before joining this company that if you join there is a very high chance you will be let go within the first few months. I've seen many hopeful people join and their careers ruined after being let go by this company with sudden notice (some only having been here for 2-3 weeks). Check the dates of the 5* reviews, most of them are from 3 years ago when I can only assume things are different. There's a lot to say, and I've been lucky (if you can call it that) by surviving probation, but really it's a case of being let go or staying long enough to see through the facade and then wanting to leave.

There are some really talented and energetic people working here and the pay is alright.

Unfortunately, it is really hard to stay motivated working here for multiple reasons: - Burn out - Constant shifting of priorities - A lot of instances of “Do as I say not as I do” - Pirical cannot hold onto new or old staff Also, I must agree with earlier reviews regarding the lack of empathy and guidance for entry-level/juniors at the company, management can be quite harsh and it definitely looked like they did more scolding than actually trying to upskill them!
