Pros

Pay is fine, snacks and drinks are provided and office is dog friendly.

Cons

If you value your sanity and career, steer clear of Pirawna. The company is nothing short of a nightmare. The upper management is a bizarre web of family connections and their friends, which leads to an insular and unprofessional atmosphere where favoritism runs rampant. Be prepared to be completely misled about the job description. What was promised in the interview bares no resemblance to the reality of the position. The training was abysmal and you are pretty much set up for failure from day one. You will be thrown into the deep end with 3-5 clients within the first few weeks and little preparation but some videos. The lack of proper on-boarding means you are essentially left to flounder with no guidance or support. Employee turnover is very high— if you aren't picking something up quickly, they disposed of people instead of trying to help. Expect to be stuck in the office before 9 a.m. and after 5 p.m., with no time for breaks, all while being expected to juggle a ridiculous workload. The overall morale is dismal. It feels like you’re drowning in stress with no end in sight. If you’re looking for a supportive, professional environment, save yourself the trouble and avoid this company at all costs.

Pros

Pirawna is a fantastic place for anyone who values personal accountability and innovation. The environment is stable yet rewarding, and there is a clear emphasis on doing the right thing for both clients and employees. I’ve found that the company invests heavily in the tools and systems we need to succeed daily. If you prove yourself the management team protect their own fiercely and will jump through hoops to accommodate their employees. They are family first and it shows. Pirawna gives you the chance to work with an impressive roster of brands — from scrappy startups to publicly traded companies — and you get real, hands-on ownership of their Amazon strategy. It's not just button-pushing; you're building out advertising campaigns, diving into DSP, and seeing the direct impact your work has on revenue. The client portfolio keeps things interesting, and the team genuinely cares about results. There's a startup energy here that means you're always learning something new rather than doing the same thing on repeat.

Cons

The high standards and fast pace can create a pressure-cooker feeling at times. There's always a sense that mistakes carry real weight, which keeps you sharp but can also be stressful — especially when you're managing multiple client accounts and the margin for error feels thin.

Pros

If you proved yourself worthy and you fit in the work environment, you’ll be fine. You’ll have friends, you’ll have support, and you’ll have people backing you up.

Cons

You have to make sure that you’ll fit in otherwise, you’ll be discriminated and bullied! The people here can be very harsh and mean, and management’s the same. You won’t have anyone backing you and you won’t be able to do anything but follow what they want. You’ll get more workload than any other person in office and they will be hostile and rude to you! You’ll be left out and you will be miserable!!
