Pros

Definitely the best company I have worked when talking about benefits, nice and experienced coworkers, and a good home-office culture.

Cons

In the latest months (almost a year now) the company has lost its "people first" culture. Many coworkers and ex-coworkers had the same opinion as I do, because the managers and leaders do not have as much experience as it is needed, lacking empathy and team spirit. It was not like this more than an year ago. It definitely has lost it's track.
