Pros
Leadership is hyper-focused on building an amazing internal culture and company. Employees are the best in their field and have large ownership and say over how the company is iterating itself. There is very little internal struggle around best practices for a healthy work environment. People truly enjoy their work, the mission, and the ownership of culture.
Cons
Feedback and concrete direction can be soft. Hard decisions sometimes become left to process. An emphasis on tough-love on occasion could help avoid analysis paralysis.
